Cancellation Policy & Terms

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PAYMENT:
Conference registration(s) must be made online via the conference website if paying by credit card, or mailed to the conference coordinator (Christopher Harris) if paying by check. All fees must be paid in U.S. currency. Please note that abstract submissions will not be accepted unless the attendee has first registered.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - SPOUSE or GUEST:
The spouse/guest registration fee is not available to scientists in the field. This special reduced fee is for social activities only. Spouse/guest registration does not admit those individuals to the scientific sessions. Arrangements for spouses/guests to attend a single scientific session may be made at the meeting registration
desk.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION / REFUND:
- A full registration refund is possible ONLY when an abstract submitted by a Registrant is rejected by the Conference Organizing Committee (not withdrawn by the author) and the Registrant cancels the registration and seeks a refund before September 15, 2009.
- A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested prior to October 9, 2009 and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to requests after October 12, 2009. No refunds will be made after October 25, 2009.
- Upon emailing your registration cancellation request to the conference coordinator, Christopher Harris, the registration refunds will be processed within 30 days. There is no charge for substitution of another colleague.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY OR CLAIMS:
The Eicosanoid Research Foundation or 11th International Conference on Bioactive Lipids in Cancer, Inflammation and Related Diseases is in no way responsible or accountable for any cancellation or claims associated with hotel property where the conference is being held.
- Transportation and lodging must be cancelled directly with the hotel and/or transportation company.
- You must call, e-mail, or fax your cancellation request to the hotel, prior to your reserved arrival date.
- Cancellation policies vary; contact the conference hotel directly for details.
- Upon canceling your conference registration with the conference coordinator, Christopher Harris, you must still contact the hotel and/or transportation company to cancel your lodging and/or car reservation.
